What is Functional Movement Training.

Functional Movement training is based on

  • Strength.

  • Mobility.

  • Mental Toughness.

  • Stress relieve.

  • posture & Breathing.

  • Conditioning.

Without balance, there is no stability.

Nowadays a lot of people workout and think this will help them to get healthy. But if you have no idea what you are doing in the gym you can make the stress on your body worse. Then you have physical, mental and maybe even emotional stress.

After my travels, I made a good balance between theological stress and physical stress on the body.

By combining these aspects of training we will build a good balance and confidence in the physical aspect to climb up any high mountain.

During the 60 Minute training, I will use the KAHA Mindset Coaching to use the functional movement in daily life and combine it with mental toughness by sharing hints and tips that I have learned from my time with the professional Rugby Team the BNZ Crusaders, India and Maori wisdom keepers.
